In selecting students at the time of training periods prescribed in higher education international programs, IFAES aims to accompany firms seeking out trainees for well defined missions.

The speciality of IFAES, located in the Western Loire Region of France, consists in assisting the placement of young French students in traineeships in Europe, the USA and Canada, and also in welcoming young European or North American students for traineeships in France, preferably for extended stays of 3 to 6 months.

For the position to be held in the firm, students are chosen by IFAES according to their language level, the quality and adaptability of their curriculum vitae (resume), and their motivation. Their competence necessarily derives from training in the following fields:

• - communication/advertising
• - marketing/sales
• - finance/accounting
• - information data processing
• - tourism

The candidatures are supported by the base establishments (schools, universities…) and are recommended by firms which have already welcomed the trainees concerned.

These trainees have an important role to play with you:

• - they participate in the development of your firm,
• - their knowledge helps open the doors for your firm to new international markets,
• - in touristic and import-export companies they are interpreters of quality,
• - in addition, through the culture of their own country they enrich the teams in your firm.
